Upcoming Annual Spring Seminar

Register for the upcoming Pocono-Lehigh ASHI Annual Spring Seminar on Roofing with Gerry Aubrey .

This Seminar  will cover some “Hot Topics” in the Roofing  industry such as Finding Hard to find Leaks,  Flat Roofs, Ice Dams, Insulation and Ventilation, and Specialty roofing, Metal roofs, Slate, Asbestos and Tile Roofs.

About the Presenter

Gerry has been performing Home inspection since 1994.  Since then he has also had a roofing consulting practice performing roof consulting from New York State to Florida.  He has served as a Technical and Sales Consultant for the following roofing companies in the Philadelphia area: 

R. Kaller and Sons Inc. Russell Roofing, Inc. Nelson Roofing, Inc. DDP Roofing, Inc. Hynes Roofing and Contracting, Inc. Smith Roofing Co. C. D. Kaller, Inc.

 He has  appeared as an expert witness throughout Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a registered expert with TASA.  He has conducted seminars with:

ASHI Inspectionworld.  (Seven times). NAHI national convention (Three times).

KREIA, the Kentucky Real Estate Inspectors Association’s seminar.  He was hired by the state licensing Board for Kentucky. Journal of Light Construction seminar in Providence, RI. 2009, 2010.

 Ameri-Spec in Los Angeles and Memphis in 2004, St. Louis, Mo, Salt Lake City Utah, and Providence, Rhode Island in 2006.  Contractor’s Network, 2009, Las Vegas, NV

Gerry is a Master Shingle Applicator designation with CertainTeed Corporation. He has been a member of the Roof Consulting Institute for nine years.  He has been retained by U. S. Inspect as a Roof Consultant for seventeen years.  He has worked with Toll Brothers, Inc. as a Roof Consultant.  He has testified as an expert witness for GAF.
